Who We Are?
Genoks Genetic Diseases Evaluation Center, based in Ankara, is a genetic laboratory approved by the Ministry of Health.
Through Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology for the diagnosis of genetic diseases NIPT, Exome, WES, carrier screening ve oncogenetic tests we provide reliable, fast and ethical solutions.
Through the technology transfers it has carried out ve and national–international collaborations , Genoks brings the world's most current molecular diagnostic methods to Turkey; it provides advanced technology support to institutions, physicians and patients across a broad range — from clinical genetic test services to research projects.
Genoks, alongside clinical test services focused on the diagnosis and evaluation of genetic diseases, provides technology and infrastructure support for scientific research .
Our institution operates on the principles of scientific accuracy, privacy and patient safety, and with its innovative infrastructure and expert team builds a bridge between genetic science and human health .
Our Vision is to strengthen the personalized medicine approach and to become Turkey's reference genetic diagnostic center .
Genoks Sağlık A.Ş. — Overview
Founded in 2008 as an R&D laboratory, Genoks developed PCR and RT-PCR based diagnostic kits and DNA isolation kits, producing solutions used by Turkey's leading institutes. Today with 1,100 m² of laboratory and office space, more than 100 specialist staff, and a collaboration network of 1,000+ centers in 15 countries and nearly 8,000 physicians it has evolved into a strong genomic analysis center. To date, over 250,000 NGS tests ve and more than 1 Pb of genetic data have been processed by Genoks; including NIPT, Whole Genome Sequencing, Whole Exome Sequencing, Cancer Genetics, Newborn and Carrier Screening , it offers comprehensive genetic diagnostic services and aims to be one of the leading genome centers in the EEMEA region.
